1. Safety inspection before power generation

1. Check whether the oil level meets the specified requirements: Take out the oil level gauge, wipe the oil level gauge clean and insert it into the oil tank of the oil machine. After taking it out, confirm that the oil level of the oil machine is above the lower end of the oil level scale. If you need to add oil, add it to the upper limit of the oil level gauge.

3. Check whether the control panel of the diesel engine, connecting cables, sockets, and plugs are in good condition, and whether the wires are broken or damaged in insulation, etc., and check the tightening of the pile head screws.

4. Check the fuel level, water level, starting battery voltage, and whether there is water leakage, electricity leakage, oil leakage, or air leakage.

2. Refueling safety operation specification

1. The fueling operation can only be performed after the fuel valve is closed and the generator has cooled down.

2. Do not remove the fuel filter when refueling, and do not mix dust, dirt, water and other foreign objects into the gasoline.

3. Do not smoke or refuel in a place with flames.

4. Unleaded gasoline above 90% must be used. Observe the oil level gauge at any time when refueling. Do not spill or spill the fuel on the engine and muffler. If spilled or spilled, wipe off the gasoline before starting the generator.

5. After refueling, tighten the fuel tank cap.

Three, connect the start battery safety operation specification

1. Connect the red end to the positive electrode of the starting battery, and the black end to the negative electrode of the starting battery, and tighten the terminal screws to make good contact.

2. Be careful not to short-circuit the battery due to the tools used when connecting the battery cable.

3. It is forbidden to invert the positive and negative poles of the battery cable and the positive and negative poles of the battery, otherwise the starter motor will be damaged.

4. It is forbidden to unplug the battery cable when the generator is running, and it is forbidden to connect the positive pole and negative pole of the battery cable, otherwise a short circuit will damage the battery and charging coil.

Machine battery connection

Notice:

1. The electrolyte of the battery contains sulfuric acid, avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing.

2. The battery will produce explosive gas, please keep it away from lightning, flames, cigarettes, etc. When using or charging in a narrow place, be sure to maintain ventilation; when you are close to the battery, you must protect your eyes.

Four, transportation and placement safety operation specifications

1. When the generator is tilted, there is a danger that fuel will leak from the carburetor and fuel tank. When operating or moving, keep the generator upright.

2. Reduce turbulence during transportation to avoid fuel leakage, disconnection of cables, and loose parts.

3. It is strictly forbidden to use it in the base station and other enclosed places. It should be placed outside the base station in a well ventilated and ground level position.

4. It is forbidden to point the inlet and outlet of the generator towards the door of the base station or upwind, and keep it away from any combustible materials.

5. The distance between the generator and buildings or other devices should be kept at least one meter, otherwise, the generator will overheat.

Special attention should be paid to power generation in a special environment:

A. When performing high-mountain power generation tasks without downline, please pay attention to:

1) Before going up the mountain, observe the oil level and the maximum slope of the mountain road. If fuel leakage cannot be guaranteed, the generator should be raised near the rear of the vehicle; after the generator is placed, check whether there is fuel leakage. Wipe clean.

2) The generator should be placed far away from steep slopes. If the ground is not level, it should be padded and leveled. Make sure that the generator is level and stable.

B. When performing high mountain power generation tasks, when there are down conductors or self-contained cables that can meet the requirements for power generation under the mountain, the generator should be placed in a horizontal position that can be directly seen from the base station; the down conductors should be connected to the "High Climbing Operation Specification" and " Power supply operating specifications.

C. When performing power generation tasks in rain or snow, pay attention to:

1). It must not be placed in low-lying places, water ditches (including naturally formed small water ditches), difficult to drain, soft soil, and not too close to the easy collapse (the distance should be greater than 2/3 of the height of the easy collapse ).

2). The generator shall be protected from rain and snow, but shall not be directly covered.

3). Wear insulating rubber shoes and insulating gloves to prevent the cables from being damaged by exposure to electricity.

Five, cable selection safety specifications

1. The cable should be selected according to "Cable Area Carrying Current and Selection Method".

The cable should be selected based on the ambient temperature of 35°C (sometimes higher in summer), a single overhead surface, three-phase 380V, and the standard for frequently starting motors.

2. The cables should be laid out in accordance with the relevant requirements for the laying of overhead cables in the "Communication Cable Project Construction Operation Guide". The cable is strictly forbidden to come into contact with acids, alkalis and mineral oils, dragging is strictly prohibited, and the bending radius should meet the requirements.

3. When laying the cable, check whether the cable is cracked, damaged, or oily.

4. The core wire connection should be free from disconnection, grounding, mixing, poor insulation, etc. The connection should be carried out in strict accordance with the ribbon and chromatographic regulations and a certain amount of cable overlap should be maintained. It is strictly forbidden to connect the all-plastic cable core wire by winding method.

6. Wiring safety operation specification

1. Check the line:

Use a multimeter or a test pen to measure and check the fire meter box to the AC switch box in the base station to confirm that the mains power outside the base station is a normal power failure, the wiring in the oil machine switch box is correct, and there is no external power supply.

2. After confirming the power failure, turn off other load MCBs (air-conditioning MCBs, etc.) in the AC distribution panel.

3. Follow the power-off process (low voltage first, then high voltage, load MCB first and then isolate MCB) step by step: turn off the rectifier module MCB in the switching power supply → turn off the mains input MCB in the switching power supply → turn off the AC power distribution Mains input circuit breaker in the panel → Close the AC input main circuit breaker in the AC power distribution panel.

tips:

Because the resistance and inductance of the motor windings are very small, the moment the motor starts, it is equivalent to a short circuit, and the current is quite large. A reverse rush current will also be generated when the power switch is cut off.

4. Connecting cable:

Oil-free switch box: Under the premise of ensuring that the AC input main switch is disconnected, the base station AC main input neutral line should be removed to make insulation protection; first connect one end of the cable to the remaining air switch in the AC power distribution panel Then connect the other end to the pile head of the oil machine.

If there is an oil engine switch box: First turn the knife in the switch box from the "mains" side to the "oil engine" side, then connect the cable to the oil engine port of the switch box, and finally connect the other end to the oil engine On the pile head.

Note: Connect the neutral wire first, and then connect the three-phase live wire in parallel; make sure that the two ends of the cable are firmly connected, check whether the connection phase is correct, and check the cable routing for safety hazards and whether the cable is entangled.

Seven, oil machine start-up safety operation specification

Before starting the generator, be sure to set the output AC switch to the [OFF] position (switch down), otherwise the generator will be damaged. It is strictly forbidden to start with load directly!

Start of the generator:

1. Open the fuel valve, in the ON position, that is, the oil circuit switch is in the vertical position.

2. Gently pull out the air door with your fingers.

3. Rotate the start switch to the RUN (running) position, and rotate the start switch to the START (start) position. If the start is successful, please immediately remove your hand to make it automatically turn to RUN (running); if the start is unsuccessful, then Start again after an interval of ten seconds until the startup is successful.

Note: Each start time should not exceed 10 seconds, and the start interval should be more than ten seconds, otherwise it is easy to cause battery over-discharge or start-up motor damage due to overheating.

4. When the generator is started successfully (after the operation is stable), push back the air door by hand. When the weather is cold, push back the air door gradually.

8. Power-on safe operation specifications

1. After the generator is started at room temperature, it needs to run for 1-2 minutes to warm up. When it is cold, it needs to extend the warm up time to 3-5 minutes.

2. Check the indicator of the oil machine. After measuring the output voltage and frequency of the oil engine to be normal, close the output switch of the oil engine.

3. Measure the output voltage of the oil machine to ensure that the voltage output is normal and the live and neutral wires are connected correctly.

4. Follow the step-by-step power supply process: turn on the power supply MCB of the diesel engine → turn on the switching power supply MCB in the AC distribution panel → turn on the AC input power supply MCB in the switching power supply → turn on the single rectifier module.

If there is no oil machine switch box, close the wiring circuit breaker, and then close the switching power supply branch switch (do not close the main switch in the AC power distribution panel to prevent the oil machine from being sent back to the grid);

For base stations with oil machine switching boxes, turn on the main switch in the AC distribution box, and then turn on the switching power supply branch switch. If there is enough load margin, you can turn on the air conditioner branch switch.

5. Check whether the DC output voltage in the switching power supply is normal, whether the base station equipment is working normally, and whether the battery is charging normally.

Nine, safety precautions during operation of the oil machine

1. There should be someone on duty during the power generation process. The machine room should be inspected every 30 minutes to observe the equipment operation and the voltage, current, frequency, oil pressure, and water temperature on the oil machine control screen. Pay attention to the operation sound of the oil machine and observe the oil machine. Exhaust smoke.

Emergency shutdown is required in the following situations: sudden drop in oil pressure, abnormal sound, loose flywheel, sharp rise in water or oil temperature, pipe breakage, flammable and explosive latent accidents on site.

Observe the working condition of the power supply module, the operation condition of the equipment, and the charging condition of the battery.

2. During operation, do not cover the dust cover, do not touch the generator with wet hands, never touch the muffler and exhaust pipe.

3. The generator cannot be overloaded, and the long-term load operation should not exceed 80% of the rated power.

4. The three-phase load should be balanced, and the difference between each phase should not exceed 30%, otherwise the generator will be easily damaged.

5. At least one technician should be kept on duty if the fuel is insufficient, and the operation must be done after stopping the fuel supply (the engine room needs to be notified to stop and refuel).

X. Power-off safe operation specifications

1. When the mains power comes in, measure and check the upper end voltage of the mains AC input main circuit breaker, and confirm that the voltage has no phase loss, no overvoltage, no undervoltage, etc.

2. After confirming the incoming call, proceed step by step according to the power-off procedure: turn off the rectifier module MCB in the switching power supply → turn off the mains input MCB in the switching power supply → turn off the AC input MCB of the switching power supply in the AC power distribution panel → turn off the AC The oil generator power supply circuit breaker in the power distribution panel.

3. Disconnect the cable: confirm that the cable has no power, and disconnect the motor cable connection point

If there is no oil machine switch box, first remove the cable from the oil machine end, then connect the AC main input neutral line of the base station, and finally remove the cable from the AC power distribution panel end;

If there is a diesel engine switching box, pull out the oil engine connector first, and then hit the knife in the oil engine switching box to the "mains" side.

4. Follow the step-by-step power supply process: turn on the main AC input MCB → turn on the switching power supply MCB in the AC power distribution panel → turn on the AC input power MCB in the switching power supply → turn on all rectifier modules.

5. Check whether the equipment is operating normally, and restore the power supply of other AC power supply equipment (air conditioners, etc.) in the AC distribution box.

11. Safety operation specification for diesel engine shutdown

1. Turn off the load first, and then disconnect the generator output circuit breaker.

2. After no-load operation for 2-3 minutes, turn off the start switch to the OFF position.

3. Close the fuel valve to the OFF position.

4. Turn the key switch to the OFF position.

12. Safety regulations for the end of power generation

After checking the normal operation of the switching power supply and the equipment, the power generation ends.

1. Check the condition of all parts of the oil engine and check the fuel usage.

2. Put away the cables and lock the switch box door.

3. Contact the computer room to confirm whether all base station equipment is working properly and notify the end of the power generation operation.

4. Clean up the base station computer room, close the base station door, and make a record of power generation.
