The lubrication system of diesel generator set diesel engine is that the main parts of the diesel engine rely on the pressure oil supplied by the oil pump for lubrication. The oil circuit constitutes a circulating system, and other parts are lubricated by splashing oil.
The oil in the oil pan is sucked into the oil pump through the coarse filter and the oil suction pipe, enters the oil cooler for cooling, then enters the oil filter, enters the oil inlet filter, and is divided into two ways, one way back to the oil pan, one way The oil flows through the turbocharger oil filter. After filtration, it is sent to the left and right turbocharger bearings and high-pressure oil pumps by two oil pipes, and then flows back to the oil pan through the oil return pipe; the other way flows through the main oil of the engine body. After the road is divided into 3 roads, specifically:
A. After passing through the upper oil passage of the main bearing seat of the diesel engine block, it enters the blue shaft inner inclined oil passage, which respectively leads to the shaft diameter of each gear connecting rod;
B. After the two camshafts and the oil passages leading to the rocker shaft, lubricate the friction surfaces of the camshafts and the valve mechanism respectively;
C. It flows out through the piston cooling nozzle and enters the cold cavity of the piston to cool the piston.
The oil flowing out of the big-end connecting rod bearing is splashed onto the cylinder wall by the action of centrifugal force to lubricate the piston ring and the cylinder liner. The oil flowing from the cold cavity of the piston splashes into the oil hole on the small end of the connecting rod to lubricate the piston pin and the small end bushing of the connecting rod, and the splashing oil in the crankcase lubricates the working surface of the cam.
The P-type high-pressure oil pump is divided into two types by the diesel engine lubrication system. One is from the top of the turbocharger oil filter, and the oil hose is used to guide the oil to the P-type pump oil inlet joint for lubrication. The high-pressure oil pump is lubricated. The oil is then connected to the body by another oil hose and returned to the oil pan. When the diesel engine is working, the P-type high-pressure oil pump can automatically get pressure lubrication, ensuring the reliability of the high-pressure oil pump. The other is to directly add lubricating oil to the high-pressure oil pump in advance. This method requires checking the oil dipstick on the high-pressure oil pump before starting the machine to ensure that there is enough lubricating oil in the oil pump (upright 6-cylinder machines all use splash lubrication).
