Solution

A solution is to propose a solution (proposal, schedule) to solve the overall problem (proposal, schedule) that has been manifested or can be expected implement. Usually refers to the way to solve the problem.

The solution must have a clear object, or scope and field of implementation. (These elements may include but are not limited to: different industries, fields, classes, categories, etc.)

In some areas, the solution is not only for the problem itself, but also for the objects that need to be served, such as the specific conditions and needs of the customers.

The actual analysis of the problem determines the pertinence and effectiveness of the solution. If the solution itself is lacking, it may cause more problems in the implementation and fail to achieve the expected results.

The process of generating a solution can be roughly divided into: determining the object of the problem and the scope of influence → analyzing the problem → proposing solutions and suggestions for solving the problem → cost planning and feasibility analysis → execution → subsequent follow-up and interactive correction → summary

From a traditional point of view, the solution only includes the generation phase of the program, and the specific execution phase is separately divided.

But from the perspective of a unified process, the solutions directly serve the execution level. They are not simple linear relationships and single interfaces. Therefore, to a certain extent, the solution and the implementation interact with each other, and the effect of the implementation should be fed back in time, and corrective references and suggestions should be made to the original plan.

This interaction is multiple and repetitive. A solution that can continuously improve itself can really improve the situation and make it execute with higher efficiency.

On the contrary, as far as some complex realities are concerned, the problems involve more elements, and there are also complex connections between the problems. If you expect to solve all problems at once with a perfect solution. You can sit back and relax by proposing a plan and observe the actual progress of the executive level. This is unrealistic in practice, and it may produce unsuitable effects.

In the field of market economy, especially in customer-oriented cases, solutions that can provide reference for implementation and even participate in specific implementation are more likely to be recognized and favored by customers. In short, compared to getting a complete proposal or plan, the customer wants a full set of services to solve the problem.
